TeleService Representative (TSR)
Responsible for supporting various client's inbound or outbound call campaigns within the framework of the standards of excellence.
Responsible for increasing market awareness of Movere TeleServices' products and services, identifying and closing new clients, increasing revenue per campaign, and ensuring Customer satisfaction.
Call Center Supervisor (Coach)
Each member of Leadership is expected to lead by example, uphold key core values, and deliver outlined business objectives of the Organization. The Team Coach is specifically responsible for managing a team of non-exempt Client Support Representatives in daily activities to meet or exceed business objectives with excellence.
